What is it?

A 2 month long online course in self-discipline, goal setting and habit management. Designed to guide you into a productive daily routine, but also teaches you how to break down a productive routine into managable habits and how to successfully implement them into your own routine. 

Who is the course for?

This course will teach you the art of setting your goals high, and how to reach them in small and easy incremental steps. On top of that you will also receive training in holding out that first period of struggle (conscious incompetence).
